Join us in a fun, relaxing and friendly workshop with artists Caroline & Louise who will help and guide you to create a lovely personalised ‘Family Tree’ wooden panel artwork to take home. This fun filled session is a wonderful way to meet like minded people in a relaxed workshop enviroment taking place here at the Twisted Knot.

Even if you have not picked up a paint brush or pencil since junior school, you do not need to worry, with step by step guidance of artists Caroline & Louise of Wilson Design Collective, who will be on hand, with templates and guidance, you will be assured to leave the session with a beautiful personalised tree of life. Choose from our selected colour palette that sit with your interior scheme and paint up your tree of life, personal to you, with stamping your families names, initials and message onto wooden tags which really allows you to make your artwork perfect for your unique family. All art materials are provided, papers, paints and wooden panel size 11×14 inch and wooden tags. You can stamp and paint your tags as your require and collage into the leafs and flowers as you feel fit. The template will have already been sketched and demonstration will be given on achieve other pen-work detailing and you will paint your back ground colour. Guidance and support will be on hand all the way throughout the workshop.

All you need to do is simply turn up with a good dose of enthusiasm. Coffee or Tea and a sweet treat will be served, why not bring your friends, family, work colleagues and join in the fun! Its a great way to learn a new skill, relax and unwind with like minded people. Painting and collage is a wonderful medium to work with, painting, choosing papers, layering up the detail with your own stamped tags allows you to make a piece that is perfect for your home. This workshop is a perfect way to unwind and being creative is proven to relieve stress and depression and therefore great for mindfulness and wellbeing. Our workshops are therefore great for corporate wellbeing events as well as the perfect gifs for individuals or group events, work parties or Christmas party events.
