Calling all  Schools

Here your class can create beautiful pieces of wall art themselves. Your pupils will be able to get creative with colours, stains and finishes.

Using our ply boards, left bare here in the workshop for your children to work their magic. We will guide them through the easy process of staining, sanding, preparing and painting their design (we have over 30 personalised designs to choose from) There’s something for everyone! We can even add a customised design as an added option, why not have your school logo, something in line with your current curriculum topic, or a leavers day design. You can even build up to your visit by allowing your students to create a design themselves as a class competition in which the winner will be able have their design brought to life (Please speak to staff regarding design requirements)

Here they can expect a unique, fun and friendly experience in our workshop, providing a very different, but entertaining way of accessing the art curriculum. They will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in creativity… and the best part about it is that they don’t have to be creatively skilled to make something beautiful, just an imagination (and maybe a few favourite colours!!)

When you bring your class to our studio we will provide all the materials and support. Your children can fully customise their chosen project as we have 30 designs to choose from and with a large selection of colours, stains.

They finish the session by taking their new masterpiece with them to either hang proudly at home (and show off to their skills to family and friends.)

 

Another great thing about our school bookings is that as a teacher you will get your own private class link on the website, where all your pupils can add their projects and designs at their own leisure at home or the alternative would be to incorporate their orders as part of an ICT lesson. (Designs need to be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event).

We can cater for up to 30 pupils per workshop session, with a suggested ratio of 1 adult per 6 pupils to help out. Suitable from year 3 upwards.

Cost of £16 per pupil with a drink and biscuit included.

Tea and coffee provided for adults.

We say to allow 2 hours to complete a workshop (but again this can vary slightly depending on projects and numbers attending the workshop)
