KIDS ONLY brush lettering workshop!!

Perfect for kids that love to write and draw and give them a new hobby they can do anywhere!

Using a brush pen we will have fun learning the basics of mark making and nice letter forms through to creating words and fun phrases! We will finish the workshop creating a card design showing off their new lettering skills!

WHO’S IT FOR : this workshop is for KIDS ONLY (suggested age 9-16), this is not for grown ups 🙂 Perfect for kids that like to draw, doodle, letter or write and capable of sitting still for the session. Don’t worry they will be so busy they won’t miss you!

Parent / guardian not required to stay and not permitted to join the workshop – however there is a lovely coffee shop next door that would make a great place to chill for the session and a few shops in the hive area.

VENUE: The Twisted Knot (situated at Yorkshire hive/ Yorkshire wildlife park)

DATE / TIME / PRICE : Thursday 22nd August, 10am start – 11.45am finish.

WHAT’S INCLUDED : All materials including worksheets, paper, brush pen and pencil all to keep and take home to keep practicing

SNACKS – juice and biscuits will be served during although they are welcome to bring their own if preferred – I will check for dietary requirements before the workshop.

TIMING : The workshop will begin prompt with or without everyone so please aim to bring participants shortly before 10am. free parking in the YWP car park then follow signs for Yorkshire Hive.

TOILETS – there are public toilets just beyond Twisted Knot so please use before the workshop starts 🙂

REFUNDS: Sorry, as a small business I am unable to offer a refund. If you are unable to make the event please let me know up to 7 days before the workshop date and where possible alternative dates may be available or you are welcome to send someone in your place.
